Moving Borders
It would be particularly wise for you to look into Immigration regulations for moving and shipping out of your country and to your new one. America is known for being the most difficult with immigration of imports. Some countries have certain policies that restrict what other countries do not mind. When moving to the states you must make sure to have all proper documentation filed before leaving. The same policies apply when shipping to the USA.
Points
Majority of countries follow a points system now days, in selecting who can and who cannot move to their country. High points are awarded based on if you speak the language, if you can offer jobs to their countrymen, if you have family and so on. Low points are awarded when the opposite is true; you do not speak the language, you do not have any support system for yourself or others in said country. The higher the score, the more likely the country is to accept your application.
